Terms of Service

Version: 2026-09-v1 · Effective: 26 September 2026

These launch terms are a plain-language operating baseline and should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before broad commercial release.

1. The service

Zenriko provides practice-management tools, including client intake, client records, appointments, business profiles and related administration. Each subscribing practice is responsible for its own services and relationship with its clients.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and restrict access to authorised staff. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

3. Client information

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use client information, publishing an appropriate privacy notice, obtaining required consents and configuring the service accurately. Do not upload information you are not authorised to hold.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, secure, improve or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended where needed to protect users, data or the service, or where these terms are materially breached. On termination, data handling and export will follow the applicable subscription terms and law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
