Privacy Policy
Version: 2026-09-v1 · Effective: 26 September 2026
This launch policy is an operational baseline and should be reviewed by an Australian privacy lawyer before broad commercial release.
Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Zenriko handles account, workspace and service-usage information. A practice using Zenriko remains responsible for the client information it collects. Clients should also read that practice’s own privacy notice.
Information we handle
We handle account identity and authentication information, workspace configuration, operational records submitted by authorised users, security and audit events, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant separation, deliver requested emails, support users, investigate incidents, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.
Storage and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure and email providers that support the service. Sensitive client payloads are encrypted by the application before storage. Access is limited to authorised purposes.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Workspace owners may request export or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of account information, ask privacy questions, or raise a complaint using the Zenriko contact channel. Workspace owners should handle requests concerning their own client records.
Security and incidents
We use access controls, encryption and operational logging appropriate to the service. No system is risk-free. We will assess suspected incidents and make notifications where required by law.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated version and effective date. Where appropriate, users will be asked to accept revised terms.
